Matteo Testi is a young serial-entrepreneur with a significant background in computational neuroscience and data science, focussing in particular on deep learning models. In 2017 he founded Deep Learning Italia, an e-learning platform on artificial intelligence in the Italian language and was one of the experts drafting the Italian white paper on "Artificial intelligence at the service of citizens". In 2018 he also founded Icaro Artificial Intelligence Solution, a Fintech company with a focus on deep learning models for asset allocation. Since 2019 he is Adjunct Professor in the Master CESMA at the Tor Vergata University of Rome and holding master's level courses on artificial intelligence at the European University of Rome.
